Cancellation Policy:
- 30–15 days prior to check-in: 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- 15–7 days prior to check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Please note that for any cancellation, a credit note will be issued against the remaining amount. No refunds are applicable. Credit notes can be utilized for a future stay, subject to availability and applicable rates.
- The same policy mentioned above is applicable for date change.
Few Points to Note for Your Stay:
- Our private pools are not temperature-controlled.
- The water stream next to us is seasonal – during monsoons it flows beautifully, and in other months you can enjoy the charm of a dry river bed.
- Being in a serene valley surrounded by forest, only Jio network works here. However, we do have Wi-Fi that works decently for your connectivity needs.
- As per our policy, any balance payment is to be settled at the time of check-in.
Housing Rules and Accommodation Conditions:
- Check in is from 2:00 pm and check-out time is 10:30 on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible only upon agreement with hotel and a fee may apply.
- Guest is responsible for all damages caused in the room during his/her stay and agrees to cover the costs for repairs, replacements or extra cleaning. In case the guest finds any damage in the room at the time of the arrival, he/she is obliged to report it to the hotel reception immediately. Any later reports will not be taken into consideration.
- Between 11 PM (23:00 hours) and 7 AM (7:00 hours) there is a time of night rest, calm and quiet in the hotel. We kindly ask all guests to respect it. Behaviors which leads to disturbing other guests from night rest are strictly forbidden. That includes loud TV or music listening, loud discussion in the rooms or in the corridors and other disturbing manners.
Stag Policy – Corbett Vanvaas:
At Corbett Vanvaas, we are committed to maintaining a peaceful and family-friendly environment for all our guests. To ensure this, we follow a strict no-stag policy.
- No Stag Bookings: We do not accept bookings made by individuals or groups consisting solely of stags (all-male groups).
- Right to Admission: Any stag booking made through third-party portals or by any other means will stand cancelled, and the resort reserves the right to refuse check-in.
- Refunds: In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be as per our cancellation policy.
- Guest Harmony: This policy is in place to ensure comfort, security, and an enjoyable stay for couples, families, and groups traveling with children.
